Witness Testimony

"On 02/17/2020 i saw 20-30 lights descending above chico from behind the clouds heading northward direction to mt lassen/mt shasta area. while on my way to work heading to chico from hamilton city i noticed a light moving in the distance. while keeping an eye out on the moving light, i noticed that more lights followed. the string of light (spaced out in mostly equal distance) one after another light followed in the same direction at the same speed. each light was the same size, same brightness, and moved at the same speed. most of the objects where equally spaced between each other but noticed a few lights that where further apart. the reason i noticed what i thought the light show was over but then another would appear. they were moved in the northward direction at a slow speed. the objects where not over chico, but i could see them from a great distance away. the path of the light had to be somewhere above the sierra nevada mounts (lassen national forest area). the objects where moving from south east direction heading north west. while on hwy 32 i stopped just outside of town and recorded the lights with my iphone 5. the video does not show much due to my camera had trouble picking up the lights or my focus in the dark. will have to down load the video and watch to see if there is anything on there when i have more time. the moon was a crescent moon and with minimal clouds. the lights appear to be coming in from the sky at 70-80 degree angle. they moved in a northern direction where they would slowing move out of my sight/ or kinds of vanished in the distance just as they appeared. the traffic was slow but i hope i was not the only one who saw it. there was other people driving during this time.
