Witness Testimony

"As i was leaving the county government building on 21st ave n i noticed approximately 5 bright orange/orange-red light that appeared to be hovering out over the ocean. i'm 45 years old and am from here and have lived here almost all of my life. i have never seen anything like this before. i've never even seen this color of lights on a plane or helicopter. there were sold in color and did not flash or blink. they were grouped together in a random pattern. i was driving into a party of the parking lot where the sky line in that direction was about to be obscured by trees so i doubled back and was planning on video recording them and then, if they remained, go back into the station to gather witnesses. however there was only one left once i doubled back and then it was completely gone. there was no trace of any of them any where in the sky. i did not detect any movement in any direction while i saw them. the lights appeared to be electric and not at all like flares i've seen fired over the ocean."
