"Blue flash (and small white flash) can be seen after 00:16 of this video. â this video was not filed through the window, so it is not the reflection of room light,etc. â there was no cloud around the flash, which means it could not have been airplane or drone whose lights need to flash at lease in every 1.5 seconds. besides, these lights appear as round shape and do not seen as oval shape like this video. in the first place, airplane lights are red, white or green and there is no blue light drone can not hide in the cloud in terms of its height. it is prohibited to fly drone within 10 km of â the haneda tokyo airport which is app. 22 km away from the camera and the blue light is somewhere between them. you might wonder why i was filming the sky. though it could have been just a coincidence, on that day i felt deeply shocked to learn that the one famous ufo footage was fake. since its color was royal blue, i asked to the sky saying (in my mind) "if ufo with royal blue color really exists, please let me film one" â then suddenly i saw brilliant blue flash, however, i thought it could have been optical illusion and i continued to film the sky for around two minutes. time and date is 11:45 p.M. on july 17,2015. camera: sony hdr-cx390"
