"In 8th september 2018, at 4pm i saw something not like dusts or balloons, or papers.. at first,some white things were floating on sky, its very high latitude. it's never fluttering like papers, its not like the way balloons floating. they were just shifting smoothly from south west to east without fluttering. then colorful of them showed up next. and it also smoothly shifted to east then it went above of cloud and i couldn't see them anymore"
