Witness Testimony

" first assumed to be a star but was incredibly bright and pulsating, changing shape. when looked at it through binoculars appeared like a jellyfish, white light but had blue light behind it. hovered but mainly pulsated closer and further in distance. sometimes looked like a black ring was around it and at one point a coloured reflection of light could be seen. was witnessed in west cork with two other people. never seen anything like this before, an airplane was flying close by when we noticed but continued on its path."
