Witness Testimony

"Took dog outside to go to relieve himself when i spotted a light that resembled the helicopters that fly over our neighborhood just about every night. did not think much of it until i saw it pulsating and remaing stationary. (i just watched a video where a captain and first mate filmed, 28mar20, nearly the exact same thing.) i tried to debunk it by comparing it to stars or other flying objects that take flight paths towards our airport or bases here in san antonio. for grins, i decided to see if i could capture it on my phone's video recorder. (in hindsight, there was more to the filming i should have done, but did not want to miss out on the opportunity.) i really saw the pulsating once i started to record, so i wanted to zoom in to see if i could spot any other traits. (that is the only time the pulsating stopped.) i kept it short, 25 seconds, to send by text, and to not bore anyone with "the same thing" over and over. tried to keep phone steady, and did not want the picture to be too grainy. hope it turned out decent. forgive the grammatical errors as well!"
