Witness Testimony

"Looked like a cell tower in the sky with three lights near or attached to it. a couple of times it looked like a diving f-15 jet that would somehow mange to defy gravity and raise up as if the exhaust turbines are pointed in the sky whilst the aircraft rose upwards or back and forth. it would then turn sideways perhaps and would look like a cell phone tower in the sky. other aircraft in the sky during those times also."
