Witness Testimony

"What i saw was undoubtedly the tr-3b. the craft moved with absolutely no sound. it's speed was pretty standard like any commercial aircraft. when i first spotted it at 12am on may 19 2020, it was flying at a lower altitude possibly less than 1000 ft. the craft had light on the three corners of the triangle. the second time i spotted it, it was flying much higher at about 2000ft or so and moved silently at a consistent speed from east to west. the third time i spotted was a part of the second spotting except i ran from my balcony to the roof of my house."
