Witness Testimony

"I have never seen something move so fast through the sky with no sound. i have been flying since was 15 yoa and have never witnessed anything like this. i figure it's either our military testing some kind of advanced equipment or other worldly. this happened not to far from fort chaffee ark. there were also several aircraft in the area through out the time. i was standing outside when i noticed what i thought was a meteor. at this time i noticed the object blink and i tracked it traveling from the east to west, then it made a turn to the south at extreme speed like nothing i've seen before. the object would disappear for about 10 to 20 min before returning. at one point it actually flew over my house at a slower speed while blinking then increasing speed and leaving the area. i observed it over 10 times at least. at one point i went to my back yard where i observed a unknown type of black object the was not emitting any light travel from south to north at extreme speed, altitude unknown. i'm up to date on our military aircraft and what they can do. this was nothing like it and it was not meteor i did grab my camera but due to the outside street lights the video was horrible. anyways i thought it was extremely cool and i hope to see again. the weather outside was about 70deg, no clouds, moonless night."
