Witness Testimony

"Reading an encounter of someone seeing a UAF in almost the exact location on the I5 in California. Mine occurred on 5/8/16 around 3am in the morning. I was in a group of trucks that has just finished a concert at the Orcal in Oakland and we were head to San Diego. I caught a beam of lights flashing across the sky parallel to the ground maybe 50 feet of the ground, and then go dark. It was on the west side of the 5 about a few miles in front of us and a ways off the 5. My first thought was someone shinning deer back on the hills, or maybe an airport beacon. A second flash of light that was pointing towards the ground an a vehicle that the light was coming from was headed straight to the 5. Were getting closer now and this vehicle is close to the ground and as it reaches the 5 hops up over the 5 back down on the other side and heads north towards us. when we start to pass going opposite direction it does a sweeping u-turn when its even with me, and now we're going the same way south. It accelerates and gets ahead of the lead truck and hops back onto our side and starts coming towards in the open field on our right. You can see three bright lights across the front of it. Than it goes dark and you can't see it. I ask the other trucks if they and see it and the fella behind me says he sees it just hovering in the field along side him. I look out my passenger side window and see three big lights, and this thing coming right at me. I thought it was coming through my cab. It kind of stop at my cab kind of rolled and rotated and glided right over the top of my cab. I've had two other encounters with UAF's over the years that brought me in close proximity to crafts that I know are not things we could make. I saw this one upclose and personal. I saw it clear, but it had a strange appearance to, like it had a haze covering it. I'm including two videos that actually show this craft gliding over me and than over the two in front of me with no audio. The second one has audio well before during and after it's gone."
