"At about 800 pm I was smoking a cigarette in the back yard. Suddenly I noticed an object flying from west to east at approximately 2000 ft. Travelling pretty fast, about 300 Mph. No sound at all. I was looking to the north. Distance approximately 2km max. It had 2 visible white lights, no blinking. First I thought it to be a jet fighter, afb Leeuwarden is closeby. But this object was totally silent. It moved in a straight course. Very strange, never seen anything like it. It was dark at the time. "
