"Bright light following under neath jetliner at start of contrail. Diverting off and dancing back and forth across the sky. Approximately 28,000ft. Descended rapidly over howth stopping at roughly 4/5,000ft. Once stationary multiple circular multi colour beams emanated. Rapidly headed off in north direction. Was witnessed by children and adults."
