Witness Testimony

"I was around 7 at the time, and the date I entered isn't accurate, since I never took notice of the date it happened. It was in broad daylight, mid-afternoon, the sky was mostly clear of clouds and light blue that day. I was outside jumping on a trampoline in the courtyard infront of the living room that had glass sliding doors. In the living room my mother and her brother were sitting and having a conversation. I liked to look up when jumping on the trampoline, but on this day I saw a craft of sorts, it didn't look like anything I've ever seen before. It looked like a silver metal fried Egg that 's "yolk" was kind of skewed to the right, and the sunlight reflected off of the "yolk". (I redrew it now, however don't take the shading as indicative of the exact shape. It was too far away to be sure of whether I was seeing it from the bottom or top. The sky was about the same colour as I recalled.) At first I thought it was a floaty in my eye, but it didn't behave like a floaty and I blinked a bunch of times and the craft stayed perfectly still in position the whole time. Then it flashed off to the right in less than a second, and disappeared. I went inside to ask my mom what it was that I just saw. I wasn't scared, just curious. My mom said it doesn't sound like anything she's ever heard of and had me draw what I saw. I drew the metallic flat silver sphere with its off center silver dome with the sunlight reflecting off it. I wasn't sure if it was sunlight at that time, since I didn't understand what I was seeing, but I drew it exactly as I saw it. My mom suggested it was a "vlieënde piering" (directly translated to English: "flying saucer"). I asked my mom what that is, and she explained that "We don't know yet." After the incident, my family would occasionally watch shows about aliens/UFOs/Abductees and it scared me so much that I couldn't even watch the movie ET in my entire life. I spent the rest of my life trying to convince myself that it was just a floaty. And I developed a phobia of being abducted, and had to receive counselling and therapy for the fear, since I was too scared to sleep for years. I'm contributing my story, because I'm curious to see if someone else saw something around those times in that area too. That and that disclosure is happening slowly now."
