SIGHTING: UPPER HUTT, NEW ZEALAND

Witness Testimony

"A line of at least 30 small white lights travelling in an almost straight line west to east south of Upper Hutt when viewed from Akatarawa Valley. Two eye witnesses. The line was already in progress when first sighted, the beginning of the line was not seen, the end of the line was. The lights were white and very evenly spaced and travelled behind the cloud layer. When the cloud partially cleared where they might have emerged, they were not visible. The time was approximately 6:35pm and the viewing last perhaps 45 seconds, no more than a minute. There was insufficient time to take a photo and no device I own would have likely been able to capture the image due to darkness."
