Witness Testimony

"Bright white lights,lit up the whole road flashed 2 times then disappeared. Then there was a van not even a mile down the road from where the lights appeared. That was broke down. When I got closer the lights disappeared across the hwy. No noise and nothing in the woods on either side of road. Nor oncoming towards me. The lights were so bright an lite up the whole road. Never experienced anything like this, unexplainable an baffled at this experience. Hwy 2 is nothing but dark deep woods. Anyone else experience anything like this around the area ashland or along hwy 2 towards delta wi?"
