"It was at 00:13 at night that we observed a Yellow ball of light moving slowly from East to West. It could not have been a plane or a drone because All planes and drones must by Law have Blinking lights on them. There was no blinking light only a yellow light that was not blinking. It also was low enough that we would hear if it was a plane and it did not make any sound at all."
