"Thought it was a star on the horizon but it was hovering near the top of the mountain. 4:30 am. Saw strange blinking lights emitting from oblong craft moving slowly to the left and right on top of mosquito creek mountain. Watched it for 5 minutes. A beam of light appeared under and above the object then levitated up just a bit then vanished. It was a clear sky with Venus completely visible to the left. Was in the second floor of my home looking out a window with a perfect view of mountains. Maybe 6-7 miles away as the crow flies object was spotted. "
