"On the afternoon of March 10, 2019, in the city of St. Petersburg, I was in my room, the window of which overlooks the courtyard on the opposite wing. I looked up at the antenna on the roof of the outbuilding and at first it seemed to me that a red sun was hanging next to the antenna. I looked at this red bright sun for several minutes, and this sun suddenly began to slowly rise up. I was surprised because the sun could not rise several meters above the roof of the house in a few minutes. It was a red ball of light, similar in brightness to the sun. It is impossible to say whether there were sounds, since I was in a room with a closed window. The diameter of this sun-like red ball was less than 50 cm. I witnessed this phenomenon, and at that moment I was moving away from the window, and when I returned to the window, this sun-like red fireball disappeared. It’s impossible to say whether the field of this sun-like red ball affected the cars in the yard or the TV, since I wasn’t watching TV then. This is exactly the phenomenon I witnessed that day."
