Sentience Program

I am launching a comprehensive sentience program. I have seen a large UFO at 200 feet away for 3 hours standing in a group of 50 people. I have seen a different one slow motion crash into a lake in California and questioned the military who remained at the lake for 5 days. I have also seen variously small incidents. I have researched for years in other countries. However, I recently lucked out and was taken to the place where the UFOs are kept. No not the ridiculous area 51. I am taking about the real thing. This was completely accidental and happened only because I was working on a technology project. I feel I must start a program to describe this information and also to push for proper legislation for access to the public of this technology and complete deregulation of compartmentalization.
