"Bright multicolored object in the sky hovering, then moving quickly in multiple directionsDriving from Reno toward Carson City and saw lights in the sky, colored group of lights, red, blue, purple, yellow, seemed to change, but don't know if it was changing directions or not. Seemed to be "over the lake" there South of Washoe just a bit from the main highway to Carson City. Saw a few people had pulled off the road to observe it, but we did not, so kept driving and saw it for maybe 5 minutes. First noticed it when it moved first one direction, then back the other way quickly, so knew that it was not an airplane or balloon. It was pretty windy, so doubt it was any kind of aircraft that could hover the way we saw it.((NUFORC Note: Possible twinkling star? PD)) "
