Witness Testimony

"Looked up to see a bright red "star" almost over head. At first it is a steady luminosity just a bit brighter that the stars around it. I looked at the time on my phone for reference. Watching it in relation to other stars showed that it was stationary for around 5 minutes. Then it slowly began to move in a Northerly direction for a minute or so starting to change intensity. Pulsing and winking. then it vanished."
