"Bright lights in sky.I have been watching 2 bright lights in the sky for the last hour. over the hour, they have moved from the NE of me to Just about E. 1 is about 20 Deg. above horizon and 2nd is about 20 deg. above it. Lower on is just slightly north of the top one. The lower on is brighter then the upper. They both fade in and out about every 2-3 minutes but not in same times. "
