"Tanslucent light blue sphere with orange electrial bolts apearing inside and tail trailing behind.Translucent light blue sphere with bright orange electrical type bolts flashing inside. Had a tail trailing behind similar to a comet. At first it apeared as a shooting star but was not and was flying very close to the ground, maybe 1 mile up. "
