"hanging star comes back every few nightsi work the night shift and commute to work at 9:30, i live west of valley and a few occassions i have recently witnessed a bright light hanging over the waterloo area, i see planes flying around all the time there. this is not a plane or helicopter. one time it disappeared as if it was switched off, later appearing in another location close by "
