Witness Testimony

"White blinking lights in the sky above Monument Valley, Utah.One object was seen to the north and one to the east. Both were moving at a rate that was very slow from the vantage point. Height above the surface was 2500-3000 feet approximately. Object appeared to be rotational in counterclock-wise direction.Multiple flashing white lights in a sequential pattern. Students closer to sighting could hear and sense a pulsation like a drum beat. Others has car alarms go off and photos came out black. Some cameras and phones would not work.
