"We were boating in hanson's creek and one of us spotted this stationary large white object high in the e-se sky. with the binoculars all 5 of us could make out that it was a balloon shape. the clouds passed in front of it so we could see it was not moving which we observed for about 2 hours. i couldn't find any information about it on the internet."
