Witness Testimony

"I saw a bright flash of light that flashed quickly. It stayed in the same spot. every flash was about two minutes apart. I also heard a soft quiet humming lasting about two minutes before fading away.I was sitting in the garden facing west looking at the moon while praying when I saw a flash of bright light out of the corner of my right eye. About two minutes later there was another flash of bright light, it was like a light bulb that gets a surge of energy and blows a fuse; bright and quick. The light was about four times the size of an airplane's lights at night. Each time I saw the flash of light it had not moved. In the duration of ten miutes I saw the light flash five times, each time about two minutes apart. I do not know if it continued to flash because I went to bed, but soon after I began to hear a two tone humming noise that was very quiet and soft. It lasted about two minutes and then faded. When I talked with my neighbor the morning of 7/20/99 she told me that she also had seen a flash of light, but only once, a glimps while in front of a window. She did not go out side to see if it was continuing. But she did hear the humming, saying it lasted about two minutes."
