"We saw a star like object,twinkling like a star but with differentiable irregularity and changing location and brightness.The object was in the sky where there were very few visible stars or constellations and I spotted it because of its weird , irregular pattern of movement(like it was hovering).I know it was not a sattelite because it was not moving in one direction but was changing speed ,brightness like a bulb being switched on/off.It was not an airplane or a helicopter as the lights were white like that of a star and the way it was moving and sometimes just hovering in one place and slowly changing its position until it finally faded away.((NUFORC Note: Date is approximate. We believe that the possibility of a "twinkling" star might have to be ruled out, before we could conclude that the object was a genuine UFO. PD))"
