"only 2 layers of blur lights around , forming a circle. It seems to be huge but invisible , only th elights around it I saw. It is stationary, I stare at it for about 5 minutes while waiting on the bus stop after my work. I took a video of it hoping i can see it , but when i tried to play the video that i took from my mobile phone , the pixel is not good enough to see it clearly. I wish to know exactly what i saw. I still have the video on my cam."
