Witness Testimony

"Lighted circular craft flying over power plant in Mexico.The object was circular in shape, dark in color, with a band of yellow and red lights around it. It flew in a straight line for a few seconds in a NE direction and then suddenly veered towards a northerly direction.The object was flying about 30° above the horizon, it flew very slowly, almost as fast as a person walking. The object made no sound as it flew, and the band of lights was steady, it did not flicker. If we could have flipped it over, it would have covered a full moon.We stared at the object for about 3 minutes as it flew over the power plant and then it suddenly vanished. At first we thought it was a meteor, but the irregular pattern, the height and speed at which it flew made us look harder.The witnesses are college students, a lawyer, an employee of the radio station, children and a computer analyst.((NUFORC Note: We spoke via telephone with this witness, who called from Mexico.
