Witness Testimony

"I reside in the USA. My brother called me from South Africa trying to find out how he can report what he saw in the sky. It was a a clear starry night. He saw a round, moonlike object in the distant sky (nothern direction). The object looked like the moon, but was about 4 times the size of a distant moon. Some round light-like pulses started to emit from the object in circular fashion. The object then split into two similar shaped objects, with the same pulses emitting from both. It started to move very fast off into the distance. He called the South African Weather service in Pretoria and they informed him that they had a similar call reporting the same objects just a few minutes before he made his call. The suggested he call metereological services tomorrow, their time."
