"Red-flashing light in the sky hovering and NOT moving from single spot.A flashing light that changed from a reddish-orange to a blue-greenish color. Did NOT move, just hover over the tree. Noticed it while standing outside and went and grabbed the binoculars and it has not moved since just continuously flashing lights. My cell-phone has also not been working since."
