" Near Aurora Mn. Large lights in pattern turn on/off moving slowly east.Big lights turn on off in same position, 4 positions, big lights. Could not make out any craft but lights stayed in same position relative to each other, maybe 1/2 to 1 mile apart. First sighting was around Virginia, then as I was driving east sighted them again just north of Aurora where I got out of the truck and watched for 5-10 minutes. Reminded me of the report of the Phoenix lights. "
