Witness Testimony

"I took my dog out to go to the bathroom and while I was waiting, I happened to look up at they sky to the east, and noticed a few stars. I continued star gazing for approximately 30 seconds when strange lights came into view. At first I thought it might be an airplane but as I watched, I realized it wasn't. There were two to four bright red/orange lights that were moving very rapidly with no sound at all. After approximately 5 seconds I saw a white light flash. The lights were moving across the sky in what seemed like straight lines but they were kind of jerky movements. I saw them change direction several times, just slightly to the right or left as they continued on out of sight to the east, northeast. This did not look like an airplane. It was moving much quicker and lower with no sound and kind of erratic movements."
