"At about 5.00pm, along Whangara Road,at an elevated scenic lookout over Makorori Beach, Gisborne, New Zealand, I took a digital photo of the beach and sea scene, in subdued light.No unusual objects were seen in the vicinity before the photo was taken, but when viewed on my computer there was a distinct light object, consisting of an upper oval shape, with a light stream emission from from underneath. The object was viewed using an emboss filter in XnView and very distinct edges were detected. A photo is enclosed and also a copy of the photo exif data. I have taken many digital photos in the past which have also showed up unusual aerial objects."
