Witness Testimony

"Me and a buddy were having a smoke outside of my car down at the beach. Suddenly over the ocean, a bright pulsating light shown bright, and seemed to change shapes never looking like a particular shape other then an odd shaped orb. It was stationary, and was white, white/blue light. Larger then star but smaller then the moon. Seemed far away, yet the light seemed so close. The light was very crisp and defined. There was no noise. After about 30 seconds or so, the object shriveled up to about the size of a star, its light become more consistent like a star, and then it stared moving quite fast to the west, then seemed to go more upwards, until it faded out of sight. Me and my fiend both agreed that the object seemed to at first be re-fueling or re-charging, being stationary and also pulsating increadably bright, until it was then able to fly off and up away from the earth. I have recently seen 3 very similar, and more recent clips of what looks to be the same type of object that we seen, over Lake Erie."
