"i got the idea from the guy in washington state. he would shine a bright light and most often get a flash back or one that would grow and grow then return to normal.it truly does work.but not airplanes who have the red blinkind underneath. that`s a no no. try it with an led that has a tight beam so as to see where your aiming."
