Witness Testimony

"At 4:05am I was Taking a Union Pacific Crew to their Location (Port Laredo) Located 12 Miles out of Laredo, texas and while we were waiting at the Crossing for the Train to Finish going through we saw what at first looked like a Plane coming North above IH-35 but as it got closer we knew that it was not a plane Because it had no sound and when it Turned east in front of us we saw many bright lights under the craft, Said craft was traveling at a very Low speed as if it was looking for something. We did not have a camera on hand at time of sighting But it is not the first time I see this ship Roaming this Location. Once the Train finished passing through this Crossing less then a minute after it passed in front of us we could not see it any more. But as it was passing in front of us my Cell phone's light came on, this object passed us about 70 to 80ft above us."
