Witness Testimony

"On the 12/02/06 morning at about 4:30 am, there was a bright light with a ring abserved and witness by many people from Kohima, Nagaland. The blob with a ring bluish in colour vibrating around the bright light the size of a ball a little smaller than the moon was displayed for around 10 to 15 minuits. This light was a a very suspiciuos because it look very much like a nuclear explosion in the space. I want to know whether some kind of activity was reported in the same period because the light seems very suspicious and I think it was not a UFO since the object was not tavelling."
