Witness Testimony

"I was in talking over phone while standing in my verendah when I saw these lights in the night sky. It was not the usual. I hung up the call and started observing it. I know the difference between a light of an aeroplane and something different. This kindof seemed to rotate and the lights appeared different. Moreover aeroplanes move in a straight line in a particular direction. This was moving in circles around the night sky. I could see it clearly going in a round direction in the night sky. I recorded a bit since this was unusual. I was completely taken aback and pretty scared because this is something weird! I am not being able to upload the photo or video. "
