Witness Testimony

"Witness was interviewed by phone and recounted the following"In the fall of 1973, multiple witnesses saw a orange sphere, 1000 feet in diameter, with plasma, burning flames emanating, above the Hidalgo Mountains, south of Lordsburg, New Mexico. Witness' sister was driving out of town headed west when she saw cars pulled over on the highway, observing a similar object. She did not pull over but observed the object for 20 minutes while driving.On a different day around 9PM, witness and two friends were driving south on Main Street towards a water tower. Behind the water tower was a dump site. Saw an orange sphere falling from the sky slowly. They stopped and got out of the vehicle and saw the sphere hit the earth at the dump site. The sphere exploded and plasma flames shot up in the air. There was no sound and no earth vibrations. Estimate size was 1000 feet in diameter. Withing 15 seconds of the explosion, witness observed a Ford Country Station Wagon driving out of the dump site. The dome light was on in the station wagon and witness could see a man, woman, and two children. Witness felt the the station wagon came out of the sphere because the people inside did not react to the object explosion. The station wagon drove off in the desert. Witnesses were scared and did not approach the impact site and did not call the authorities."
