Witness Testimony

"Having served in the military I am used to the distant sound of incoming aircraft. I was sitting on my porch when I could hear a low flying helicopter approaching. I went out to see what kind it was and spotted the copter coming in from the west it passed over my home unusually low and saw it was all black in color with no markings. I took out my binoculars and got a closer look as it was passing slow, still I could not see any markings as it passed for a second time. I shrugged it off as nothing to be concerned about. That is when I noticed an unusual amount of air traffic. I counted some 8 aircraft in the sky at various altitudes. That is when I noticed this odd blue and white flashing in the western sky but it was not moving it was just hovering. I looked through my binoculars and could see a long white light alternating blue and white in a rapid fashion almost like a police cruiser warning light.I watched this thing for what seemed to be forever but it never moved. I counted 3 aircraft that either passed over it or under it as if it was not there. I did place a call to the airport and all they said is it could be a satellite but they do not see anything on their screen that is unusual. I went back out and saw it was still in the same spot then even though this was a perfectly clear night with no clouds this thing moved in a slow zig zag pattern just a short distance the lights went out on it and it disappeared. This was not the first time I saw this as I have seen it on 4 other occasions. This was the first time I called the airport about it. "
