Witness Testimony

"I saw the object when going outside for a breath of air. it may have been there for some time, but i first noted it at 7:30 p.M. it first looked like a huge, bright star, but irregular in shape. it grew in size and then diminished, only to return even larger. it moved vertically in a series of convulsive steps and then settled down. later, it slowly moved horizontally to the left and then slowly re-assumed its former position. i viewed it with image-stabilized, astronomy binoculars and saw something like a geometrical structure, with irregular sections and layers. it was longer vertically than horizontally. i watched for the entire time, but it never moved more than 10 degrees in any direction. at one point, the sky around it acquired a reddish hue. this is the third sighting at my place in as many months and it is troubling. i took a photo with my cell phone, but it did not show much detail.
