"At 5:43 am on 11/7/2017 i was taking my dogs into my backyard for morning break and i noticed a "star" move (southerly) abruptly for a short distance approx. 4-5 miles. this caught my attention and as i watched the object it changed direction (90 degree turn) and began to move easterly over my home at a high rate of speed transitioning over the entire horizon. i attempted to calculate the speed and i believe it was approx. 1250 mph. it took it only 35 seconds to make the journey before it was out of eye sight. the object was at a very high altitude giving it the appearance of a "star" like shine. it left no contrail and no sound. the purposeful movement and speed helped me rule out conventional reasons i.E. satellite, aircraft, space station etc. i felt this was significant enough event to report it but wish i had more detailed information to relay. thank you for your time."
