"Driving home on 202 from gray to windham and saw a cluster maybe 40-50 lights pulsating and fading in and out of the sky traveling towards the ocea from the west. lasted a few minutes and lights blinked out. i'm certain these weren't chinese lanterns. i launched some at my daughters wedding three years ago and these were brighter, faster, and seemed to have organic qualities."
