Witness Testimony

"Saw a very faint starlike object moving through the orion constellation i then watched it shut off and reappear in a completely different location 10x brighter and larger than before. coincidentally i then heard a plane approaching the area. the object hovered and stayed in place there was no way the airplane did not see this object it was right in front of it all through its take off from pwm airport in south portland. after the plane passed the object continued in a slightly different direction faster and towards the nw. after this intitail sighting i saw planes coming from the north and the south at a higher altitude. i also saw three more object that were similar to the first appearance of the initial object starlike very faint light moving across the sky. it was very hard to see them due to the sun rising toward the east.
