Witness Testimony

" I was on my way home about 6pm, and stopped at the intersection of RT.91 and Birch Hill road. I saw to my left these two glowing lights, with a slow strobe light in between. I pulled over and watched, getting my head together and getting my phone camera ready. I still think this must be a plane because of the blinking light and also the noise the engine made. The "plane," if thats what it was, was hovering due east of me about 200 feet in the air (using the telephone pole for size). Im sure that it was hovering and not just appearing to do so. At one point you can see my phone camera adjust the focus and it looks like a flair of the lights but the lights actually remained the same. The first engine sound you hear belongs to a car going by. The second engine sound is from the "plane" as it started to move towards me and then over me. It was still really low to the ground and moved very slowly for a plane. After it passed over me, I got brief footage of the lights underneath but I could not see the "plane" itself. There appeared to be four grey/blue lights on the underside, at 12, 3,6 and 9 on the clock-scale but I still couldnt see the "plane" itself. After it flew over me, I turned the car around to follow it and it flew west over rt 91 for another mile or so until I lost it in the trees. "
