Witness Testimony

"I live on second floor, slider facing west, i was taking water out on balcony to water my plants when i noticed a bright slow blinking white light heading my way so i watched it. it first looked like a star moving, then as it got closer it turned to my left and then it was a white and a red light. as it moved it blinked slowly and as it was going over tree line it dipped down out of sight then came up quickly and higher and changed direction again to what i think is north east and kept getting a little higher and moved more quickly as it finally went out of sight. i had run in and got my binoculars as it was over tree line and tried to see more detail but could not. there was absolutely no sound just blinking. my i phone was charging a couple of rooms away or i would have grabbed it to try to get a picture. the binoculars were right inside from balcony. it did not act like any plane i had ever seen. just makes you wonder what it is for sure!! "
