Witness Testimony

"Very slow, low flying, very quiet, steady moving object with very bright flashing pairs of lights projecting downward. as it moved steadily the pairs of lights oscillated slightly forward and side to side. the body of the object was not visible but the oscillating lights appeared to be different pairs of lights on the bottom of the craft blinking randomly but always in pairs. from what i could tell there were three pairs. two were side by side and one pair was slightly forward. the lights were very bright. i know it wasn't a plane because a plane flew on almost the same path, only higher 20 minutes prior and it made noise and had standard aviation lights. this object did not have standard plane red and green lights and was practically silent. i thought i could hear the whisp of air breaking like a glider. the lights were orders of magnitude brighter than the plane and cast light in a beam straight down. it was impossible to miss.
