Witness Testimony

"Four of us were sky watching a meteor shower when we saw a UFO. It was not a plane, drone, or satellite. It was extremely bright yellow light and slowly crossed the sky overhead. After a min or 2 of moving, while we were ruling out what it was it just blinked out. About 10 mins later, 2 of the original 4 people watched it blink back on in the same part of the sky it dissapeared for a couple of secs before blinking off again."
